Family Information

Since 1984, We Sit Best has placed hundreds of nannies with satisfied families. We Sit Best is currently the only nanny referral service in the greater Fresno California area.  We seek the best possible candidate for professional families seeking a nanny.

At We Sit Best, we arrange to have a personal interview with you to determine your needs and requirements for a nanny. At the time of our visit to your home, we ask you to complete an application which tells us what you needs are, and what you are seeking in an applicant.

We provide you with the current applications which we have on file, and either mail or fax to you more applications as we receive them in our office. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for placement.

To be accepted as a We Sit Best Nanny, nannies must meet the following qualifications:

1. Love of children.

2. Excellent Health

3. At least a years experience working full-time in a child care setting, i.e. as a nanny, daycare, church nursery, school system.

4. Available to work Monday-Friday or 2-3 days a week.

5. Excellent, verifiable child care references.

6. Non-smoker.

7. Clean driving record.

8. Carry auto liability insurance.

9. U.S. citizen or proof of permanent residence.

10. Be available for personal interview.
